【摘要】:Thisspecificationcovershotrolled,heavythicknesscoilsbeyondthesizelimitsofspecificationA1011.Theproductisavailableinthreedesignations;StructuralSteel,andHigh-StrengthLow-AlloySteel,ColumbiumorVanadium,andHigh-StrengthLow-AlloySteelwithImprovedFormability.Thismaterialisavailableonlyincoilsdescribedasfollows:ProductSizeLimits,CoilsOnlyWidth,in[mm]Thickness,in[mm]StripOver8to12,incl[Over200to300]0.230to1.000,incl[Over6.0to25]SheetOver12to48,incl[Over300to1200]0.230to1.000,incl[Over6.0to25]SheetOver48[Over1200]0.180to1.000,incl[Over4.5to25]Sheetandstripincoilsofsizesnotedin1.3arecoveredbythisspecificationonlywiththefollowingprovisions:ThematerialisnottobeconvertedintosteelplatesforstructuralorpressurevesseluseunlesstestedincompleteaccordancewiththeappropriatesectionsofSpecificationsA6/A6M(platesprovidedfromcoils)orA20/A20M(platesproducedfromcoils).Plateproducedinthismannerisnolongergovernedbythissheetsteelspecificationandsincethismaterialisnowplate,theappropriateplatestandardmustnowapply.ThisspecificationisnotapplicabletothesteelscoveredbySpecificationA635/A635M.ThedimensionaltolerancesofSpecificationA635/A635Mareapplicabletomaterialproducedtothisspecification.Thematerialistobefeddirectlyfromcoilsintoablankingpress,drawingorformingoperation,tubemill,rollingmill,orshearedorslitintoblanksforsubsequentdrawingorforming.Notallstrengthlevelsareavailableinallthicknesses.Theusershouldconsulttheproducerforappropriatesizelimitations.Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunits[metric]aretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthetexttheSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.
