【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversatechniqueforgeneratingdatatocharacterizethekineticsofthereleaseofoutgassingproductsfrommaterials.Thistechniquewilldetermineboththetotalmassfluxevolvedbyamaterialwhenexposedtoavacuumenvironmentandthedepositionofthisfluxonsurfacesheldatvariousspecifiedtemperatures.1.2Thistestmethoddescribesthetestapparatusandrelatedoperatingproceduresforevaluatingthetotalmassfluxthatisevolvedfromamaterialbeingsubjectedtotemperaturesthatarebetween298and398K.Pressuresexternaltothesampleeffusioncellarelessthan7215;108722;3Pa(5215;108722;5torr).Depositionratesaremeasuredduringmaterialoutgassingtests.Atestprocedureforcollectingdataandatestmethodforprocessingandpresentingthecollecteddataareincluded.1.3Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoproducethedatanecessarytosupportmathematicalmodelsusedforthepredictionofmolecularcontaminantgeneration,migration,anddeposition.1.4Alltypesoforganic,polymeric,andinorganicmaterialscanbetested.Theseincludepolymerpottingcompounds,foams,elastomers,films,tapes,insulations,shrinktubing,adhesives,coatings,fabrics,tiecords,andlubricants.1.5Therearetwotestmethodsinthisstandard.TestMethodAusesstandardizedspecimenandcollectortemperatures.TestMethodBallowstheflexibilityofuser-specifiedspecimenandcollectortemperatures,materialandtestgeometry,anduser-specifiedQCMs.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
