【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesmethodsforassessingthechangescausedbypackagingtothesensoryattributesoffoodstuffsortheirsimulants.Themethodologycanbeusedasinitialselectiontoassessasuitablepackagingmaterialorassubsequentacceptabilityscreeningofindividualbatches/productionrun(seeAnnexA).ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallmaterialsusableforpackagingfoodstuffs(e.g.paper,cardboard,plastic,foils,wood).Moreover,thescopecanbeextendedtoanyobjectsintendedtocomeintocontactwithfoodstuffs(e.g.kitchenutensils,coatings,leaflets,orpartsofequipmentsuchassealsorpiping)withtheaimofcontrollingfoodcompatibilityfromasensorypointofviewaccordingtothelegislationinforce.
