【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsformeasuring,underloadedconditions,therollingcircumferenceandrevolutionsperunitdistance(kilometres)ofnewtyresforuseonpassengercars.Thefirstisadrummethodthatconsistsofloadingatesttyremountedonafreeaxleagainstadrivenroadwheel,ordrum,ofspecifieddiameter.Thesecondinvolvesusingavehiclewhosedriveaxleisequippedwiththetesttyresdrivenonastraight,pavedroad.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallpassengercartyres.However,thevaluesobtainedfromthemeasurementsarenotintendedtobeusedasbenchmarksforperformanceorquality.
